Right of Withdrawal.

EU Consumer Right
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase made on pikeline.shop within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no reason required.
1. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days starting from the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item.
2. How to exercise your right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:
- Sending an email to contact@pikeline.shopwith the subject line "Withdrawal — Order #[your order number]"
- Using the model withdrawal form below
We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request promptly. The withdrawal is effective from the date you send your notice, provided it is within the 14-day period.
3. Returning the item
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item to us within 14 calendar days. Return the item to:

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option), within 14 calendar days of receiving your return — or from the date you provide proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned beyond the 14-day return window
- Custom or personalised items (none currently in our range)
