These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all purchases made on pikeline.shop. The seller is Pikeline, sole trader (entreprise individuelle), located at 49, rue des Champs, L-7521 Mersch, Luxembourg.

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these T&Cs in full.

Our products are fishing performance longsleeves. Product descriptions, materials, and sizing information are available on each product page. We make every effort to present products accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Products are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product from our range at any time.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT applicable in Luxembourg. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

To place an order, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to our secure Shopify checkout page to enter your delivery address and payment details.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.

All payment data is encrypted and processed on Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We do not store your payment card details.

We ship to all EU member states and selected countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Items returned under the right of withdrawal must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as your original order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at contact@pikeline.shop within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We are not liable for damage resulting from your failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution.

If no amicable resolution is reached, disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Luxembourg courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not resolved through the ODR platform.
